The committee will focus its agenda on continuing to position the divisions of services and thermal energies, solutions that have allowed alternative hotel clients to achieve greater efficiency in their operations.

MADRID, Spain – A committee of the Consorcio Energético Punta Cana – Macao (CEPM) is participating for the third consecutive year in the International Tourism Fair (FITUR 2017), which is held in this Spanish capital, seeking to expand business opportunities and services offered to the hotel industry.

The group is led by the President of the company, Rolando González Bunster, and is accompanied by the Executive Director, Roberto Herrera; the Director of Distribution and Commercial, Óscar San Martín, as well as other executives of InterEnergy, the parent company that owns CEPM.

For this edition, the delegation will focus its agenda on continuing to position the divisions of services and thermal energies, solutions that have allowed alternative hotel clients to reduce investment requirements and fixed costs.

González Bunster said that since its founding CEPM has accompanied the needs of hotels and their demand for a reliable electricity service that guarantees the sustainability of the tourism sector. He added that it was the collaboration between CEPM and the hotels that led the company to invest and specialize in offering products such as thermal energy.

“Today CEPM has 16 thermal platforms, which represents more than 40% of the thermal energy of the whole area. We continue to bet on the growth of the area and for that reason we will always continue to innovate in favor of our customers, “said Roberto Herrera, Executive Director of CEPM.

The Director of Distribution and Commercial of the company, Oscar San Martín, emphasized that another of the products that seek to boost in the framework of the meeting is the construction of electrical infrastructure works, which is marketed as part of the CEPM Services division.

For the third consecutive year CEPM participates in FITUR, which is celebrated from 18 to 22 January. This fair has become an important platform to boost the business within the tourism sector.
