CEPM is recognized for good practices regarding safety during work



BÁVARO, La Altagracia – The Consorcio Energético Punta Cana- Macao (CEPM) received two certifications for complying with the regulation 552-06 “Safety and Health at work.” Awarded by the Department of Hygiene and the Industrial Security of the Ministry of Labor.

These certifications, which empower CEPM just as much as their sectors in Bayahibe and Puerto Plata, were delivered as part of the celebration of “Safety at work day” carried out by the Ministry of Labor to publicize safe practices in companies.

The accreditations were received by the Superintendent of Safety and Environment of CEPM; Israel Duvergé, on behalf of the Deputy Minister of Labor, Mari Norki Ozuna.
