  • Regional HR Quality Survey by the CIER:

Since 2016 to date, we have been active participants in this survey and have received a score of 80 or more in the Global Quality Index in HR Management, and High-Quality Standard in 2019 and 2020.

    Description:
The Regional HR Quality Survey evaluates the current state of the composition, organizational design and HR processes carried out by electricity companies. At the same time, it also evaluates the bases for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, measuring progress and identifying effective and efficient practices in HR.

The main purpose of the survey is to improve HR management for a sector that must address very important challenges. The survey measures:

    • HR Strategy
    • Organizational Design
    • HR Processes and Practices
    • HR Impact

In the following link you may consult the results of the regional survey.

  • CEPM has been qualified for its Quality Management System under the international standard ISO 9001:2015, granted by the Spanish Association for Standardization (AENOR, in Spanish) for complying with international standards and norms in management and quality.

  • In 2020, CEPM received recognition from the National Institute of Land Traffic and Transportation (INTRANT, in Spanish) for encouraging the use of electric mobility in support of sustainable development. • Ranking Best Companies to Work For, Mercado Magazine

We have participated in this ranking system since 2015 to date. The 2021 results will be published next year.

    Description:
The process consists of completing and sending the forms online and physically. The support documents that will endorse the nomination must be annexed. An external jury, made up of experts in human management, business schools and specialists in labor issues – after an in-depth evaluation – will determine the scores that will correspond to each question answered. With this result, the final list of the 80 Best Companies to Work For in our country is drawn up and published in July of each year.
