Instructions for registration and validation of debit or credit card by WhatsApp:
To guarantee the security of your transactions, we have implemented a debit or credit card registration and validation system on our WhatsApp platform. This process is super simple and you will only have to do it once before making your next payment or recharge.
After finishing this process you can make your transactions safely. We guarantee total confidentiality of your data.
Follow these small steps to register your debit or credit card in the application:
- Select the company with which you have your contracted service
- Enter the contract number
- Select option 5 “Register a card”
- Enter the 16 digits of your debit or credit card
- Enter the expiration date of the card in MM/YY format
- Enter the 3-digit security code
Once these steps have been exhausted, your card is already registered. Now you must proceed to validate it in the application:
- Look for the charge that was applied in your account statement, email or internet banking.
- Enter the amount that was charged to your card. You have 4 attempts to enter that amount. This charge will be credited on your next bill.
If the session ends before completing the process, it is necessary to repeat the following steps to validate the card:
- Select the company with which you have your contracted service
- Enter the contract number
- Select option 5 “Register a card”
- Enter the 16 digits of your debit or credit card
- Enter the expiration date of the card in MM/YY format
- Enter the 3-digit security code
You will get this message “card pending validation” and this menu of options:
- Register another card
- Enter the validator amount that was charged to your card
- Back to Main Menu
- Log out
Select option 2 “Enter the validator amount that was charged to your card”
Check your account statement and enter the amount that was charged, which must be equal to or less than RD$20.00, example: 15.19
And that’s it, with these simple steps your card is already validated!
