CEPM donated lights and Christmas decoration to the Municipal Directorate as part of the initiatives to be carried out on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.
BÁVARO, La Altagracia.- In an act headed by the director of the Municipal Tourist District Verón Punta Cana, Manolo Ramírez, and the General Manager of the Consorcio Energético Punta Cana – Macao (CEPM), Jesús Bolinaga, the Municipal Office opened the Christmas season 2017.
“With this ignition, the CEPM Christmas season officially begins, and this year instead of the community coming to us, it will be CEPM who will go to the community to bring the joy of Christmas, and today we begin in this Municipal Palace. It fills us with great satisfaction to be able to support our Municipal District in this show designed for the whole family to enjoy, “said Bolinaga when addressing those present.
The activity, which was held at the Municipal Palace, featured a fireworks display, followed by the presentation of the choir and folk dance group of the town hall, as well as the choir of the Universidad Central del Este (UCE).
Addressing those present, Bolinaga said that CEPM will have other Christmas activities until January. He added that as part of the initiatives of this Christmas season, CEPM donated decoration and Christmas lights to the City Hall, as well as logistical support and assembly.
As every year, CEPM installed Christmas lights and ornaments in the busiest points of the Bávaro, Punta Cana and Verón areas.
