Suppliers
Companies interested in supplying products and / or services to the Punta Cana Energy Consortium – Macao (CEPM) and / or its subsidiary Compañía de Electricidad de Bayahibe (CEB), must submit the following information:
- Letter of presentation of the company in which the following information is offered: time of foundation, description of activities to which it is dedicated, location of headquarters and branches, and contact data.
- If the company is the representative or distributor of a specific brand, it must submit documentation that supports said representation; and a copy of the identity card or passport of the representative.
- Copy of the National Taxpayer Registry (RNC).

1.Content of financial documents
The Bidder must submit the following documents:
- Copy of the financial statements audited or issued by an authorized accountant for the last year.
- Affidavit of Companies (IR-2) of the last year. In the case of individuals, they must submit the IR1 declaration in question.
- Copy of the National Taxpayer Registry (RNC)
2.Content of legal documents
The Bidder must submit the following documents:
- Copy of the current and updated Mercantile Registry. Foreign companies will present the Certificate of Incorporation or a similar document.
- Copy of the certificate of the representative of the bidding company and Copy of the National Taxpayer Registry.
- General Constituent Assembly accompanied by the corresponding payroll.
- Last Ordinary General Assembly, accompanied by its corresponding Shareholder Presence, that Assembly must contain the composition of the current Board of Directors.
- Copy of the authorization that permits the representative of the company to sign contracts and / or agreements.
In the event that the representative of the company is not the one who will sign the contract, a copy of the authorization and the identity card of the designated person is necessary.
